Resident Calls Police Over Chicago St. Traffic Woes: Report

According to reports, the resident asked police for additional traffic enforcement in that area.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek took a traffic complaint from an anonymous resident on S. Chicago Road just before 1 a.m. on Oct. 15.

According to police reports, the resident stated that cars that drive north on S. Chicago Road pass other cars on the right at the intersection of E. American Ave. The resident stated that there are two northbound lanes there for a short distance to allowed traffic turning off of E. American to merge onto S. Chicago.

The resident told police that the driver of a green Dodge Charger does this on a daily basis and that numerous other cars do the same thing. According to reports, the resident asked police for additional traffic enforcement in that area during the morning and afternoon rush hours.
