Riteway Bus to Make Oak Creek Home

Company bought former Go Airport shuttle bus business.

Riteway Bus is packing its bags and moving to Oak Creek.

The business recently purchased the former Go Airport shuttle bus business at 6970 S. 6th St. and will move from Milwaukee, according to a report to council members.

Riteway will store airport shuttles and motor-coach buses there and anticipates about 100 employees at the site. The company will be next to similar businesses, such as Airoldi Brothers, Black Diamond Group and UPS, that store vehicles and semi-trailers outside.

The Common Council on Tuesday approved a conditional-use permit allowing for the outdoor storage of vehicles.

Deb Teglia, owner of Black Diamond Group, told the council she supported the permit as it meant one less empty building in the city.
