Road Rage Incident Nearly Runs Over Dog Walkers: Report
The report stated that one of two speeding drivers swerved to avoid two women walking a dog.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the area of S. Nicholson Rd. and E. Elm Rd. just before 10 a.m. on March 10 on a report of a battery.
According to police reports, multiple 911 callers contacted authorities about two people fighting during an apparent road rage incident.
Reports indicated that a traffic accident took place before the road rage incident. Reports stated that two drivers were heading west on E. Elm Rd. by the railroad tracks. One driver slowed down and tried to pass the other driver, who then sped up.

The report stated that one of the speeding drivers swerved to avoid two women walking a dog. At that point, one of the drivers struck another. They exited their vehicles, and a physical fight broke out between the two people involving thrown punches.
According to reports, an eyewitness said that one driver was on top of another throwing punches. Both were cited for unreasonable and imprudent speed and one driver was arrested for battery.
