Scofflaw Makes Off With 24 Video Games From Oak Creek Meijer

Oak Creek police responded to the Meijer on Sunday evening just after 6 p.m. on a report that a suspect stole more than $600 in video games

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Meijer on Sunday evening just after 6 p.m. on a report that a suspect stole more than $600 in video games from the store.

According to police reports, Oak Creek police made contact with Meijer store security who stated that an approximately 35-year-old man wearing a gray baseball hat, black sweatshirt and blue jeans along with a woman wearing a black T-shirt and black sweatpants concealed and stole a total of 26 video games from the store.

The report stated that the suspects picked out a garbage came, placed the video games inside and walked out the west doors without paying for them.

The total retail value of the stolen merchandise was reported at $674.
