Slow McDonald's Drive-Through Trip Leads To OWI: Police
According to police reports, his blood alcohol concentration came back as 0.23.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police were called to the McDonald's on 13th St. after police say a person called police on a slowly-responding customer at the fast food restaurant.
According to police reports, on April 11, just before 6 p.m., a customer driving a black Chevrolet Equinox took an unusually long time to pull up in the drive-through lane, before eventually parking in a parking spot in the restaurant's parking lot to eat.
When police arrived, reports indicated that the man appeared to be intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to Wheaton-Franklin hospital for a legal blood draw.

According to police reports, his blood alcohol concentration came back as 0.23 - greater than the legal limit for OWI in Wisconsin. She was issued a citation for an OWI-3rd offense.
