Sports Notes: OCHS Softball Season Comes to Close

The Oak Creek softball team fell to Greendale in the first round of the WIAA tournament Tuesday 4-1.
The loss ends the season for the Knights, who finished with a 5-13 record. Vicki Maldonado and Katie Parsons each went 2-for-3, according to WisSports.net.
It was also a tough day for the Knights' baseball team. In a matchup of undefeated teams, defending state champion Franklin beat Oak Creek 7-4.
