Suspect Glues Oak Creek Man's Car Doors Shut: Report

Police said an unknown suspect sneaked up to their son's car and glued the door handles shut.

OAK CREEK, WI — Authorities in Oak Creek say they're investigating a case in which a person's car doors had been glued shut.

Officers responded to the home of the car owner's parents at just before midnight on Aug. 15 to talk with the parents.

Police said an unknown suspect sneaked up to their son's car, and glued the door handles shut, and keyed the car on the driver's side.

Police said they managed to collect multiple fingerprints from the damaged vehicle. Evidence was collected for investigation. Police estimated the damage to be about $3,000.
