Police reports state that the woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of schedule II narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Phillips 66 gas station just before 5 p.m. on March 9 on a report that the driver of a white Dodge Neon had been parked and running their vehicle at a gas pump for an unusually long time.
According to police reports, when an officer arrived, they determined that a person was slumped forward onto the vehicle's center console and was not moving as the car was running.
Reports indicated that the officer was able to wake up the female driver, who told police that she was there to get gas and check her tire pressure. Police didn't buy her story because the gas cap was on the wrong side of the car to get any gas.
