Synthetic Marijuana 'Scooby Snax' Causes Man to Pass out in Oak Creek Target

An apparent drug overdose inside the Oak Creek Target store was the result of "Scooby Snax" - a form of synthetic marijuana.

OAK CREEK, WI — A man who overdosed on synthetic marijuana called "Scooby Snax" had to be transported from the Oak Creek Target store after he was found unresponsive inside the store's bathroom.

Oak Creek police and rescue responded to the Target on Howell Ave. on Feb. 2 on a report on an unresponsive man in the restroom of the store.

According to the report, once the man was located inside the restroom, he was found holding a lighter and an aluminum foil pipe. Located on his person was a pouch of synthetic marijuana called "Scooby Snax."

The man was placed on a cot, and Oak Creek fire transported him to Wheaton for evaluation.

Oak Creek fire were advised that the man had suffered an apparent overdose.
