Tazinos, Oak Creek Little League Partner Up for 2011 Season

The Oak Creek Little League and Tazinos have a sponsorship agreement in place for the 2011 season. 

Under the arrangement, Tazinos will be a field/concession sponsor for the Little League. In exchange, Tazinos will be the exclusive pizza brand sold at all league games played at the Oak Creek Little League Complex, 7800 S. 6th St.

Tazinos offered the little league a discounted per-pizza rate so they can, in turn, sell individual slices, net a profit and offset operating costs.

The partnership is through Tazinos' "Pizza4Profit" fundraising program.

"We appreciate this locally-based company stepping up to the plate in such a major way to support little league baseball," Mark Riha, president of the Oak Creek Little League Board, said in a news release.

The Tazinos' franchise began in Oak Creek and still has a location at 8201 S. Howell Ave. 

The sponsorship also allows little league players a discount when they eat at the Oak Creek restaurant on game days.
