Theft At Library Leads To Fraudulent Charge: Police
A man at the Oak Creek Public Library had his wallet stolen - only to find someone booked airline tickets with his credit card.

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to the Oak Creek Public Library for a theft complaint this week.
According to police reports, a man's wallet was stolen at the library on Jan. 29 sometime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. The person told police that he believed he put the wallet in his backpack when he was sitting at one of the tables on the library's second floor.
According to reports, the man noticed that his wallet was missing and that fraudulent charges were quickly made on his American Express credit card.

Reports indicated that a charge of $1,769.61 was made on the card for Cheap-O-Air. Police are following up to review surveillance video.
