Topper's Pizza Delivery Man Duped By Phony $10 Bills
A boy and girl between 10-15 years old met the driver in the street and paid with four ten dollar bills. Here's what the bills read:

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police are following up on an investigation after Franklin police stopped by a home on the 7800 block of S. Clement Ave. on the evening of Sep. 24 on a report of fraud.
According to reports, a Topper's delivery driver delivered about $36 worth of pizza just before 9 p.m. on Sep. 24. A boy and girl between ten to fifteen years old met the driver in the street and paid with four ten dollar bills.
When the driver left and went back to Toppers to complete the sale, he realized he was handed four identical phony ten dollar bills with the words "prosto prikol" on them.
