Truck Repair Facility Proposed in Oak Creek

OAK CREEK, WI — Officials in Oak Creek are reviewing plans for a local business to build a trans-shipment depot facility and truck engine repair shop on the 9800 block of S. Ridgeview Drive.

According to official documents, the Oak Creek Plan Commission is considering a proposal by Pedrag Maric and his company, Maric Investments, Inc. to construct the facility at 9880 S. Ridgeview Dr.

The property is situated in an otherwise industrial area on Ridgeview Drive just east of S. 20th St. in the Southbranch Industrial Park.

Documents state that the hours of operation will be between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. with all truck maintenance and engine repair being conducted inside the building with trucks that are owned by the business.
