Upset Motorist Flashed Gun At Oak Creek Driver: Report

Police said the man had a valid conceal carry license, yet refused to answer any questions after he was read his rights.

OAK CREEK, WI — Police in Oak Creek say a motorist has been ordered into court and has been charged with pointing an aiming a gun at a fellow motorist following an incident outside the Oak Creek Farm and Fleet on W. Rawson Ave.

According to Oak Creek police logs, a 911 caller told police that they were driving near Farm and Fleet when the driver of a black Infiniti with tinted windows drove behind them, and began honking the horn. The 911 caller told police that when they were stopped at the intersection of Howell Ave. and Rawson Ave., the driver of the Infinity pointed a gun at them.

According to police call logs, officers spoke with the man after he came to the police station following the incident. Police said the man had a valid conceal carry license, refused to answer any questions after he was read his constitutional rights.

He was booked and released and has been ordered into court on May 21 for pointing and aiming a firearm at another person.
