Vehicle Break-Ins Reported At Fairfield Inn
When police investigated further, they reportedly found that other vehicles were broken into.

OAK CREEK, WI -- Police in Oak Creek responded to the Fairfield Inn at 6460 S. 13th Street just before 7 a.m.on a report of a number of vehicles that were broken into.
According to police reports, a hotel employee told police that a guest told him that there was a person trying to get into vehicles parked in the parking lot that evening. When police investigated, the apparent witness said he got an alarm earlier that morning that his car window was smashed by someone.
According to reports, the suspect was described as a man in his early 20s wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt who fled in a dark-colored Chevrolet Equinox.

When police investigated further, they reportedly found that other vehicles were broken into. According to reports, a second vehicle with Ohio license plates had been broken into in addition to a work vehicle with a trailer.
Police are continuing to investigate this incident.
