Woman Has Car Burglarized In Lake Vista Park: Report
Police said the woman returned to her parked car and found that her passenger-side window had been smashed out.

OAK CREEK, WI —Police in Oak Creek say a woman had her car broken into as she went on a walk at Lake Vista Park.
According to Oak Creek police call logs, a woman who was at Lake Vista Park in the afternoon of Sept. 7 called police, saying that her car had been broken into.
Police said a woman went for a walk in the park on the afternoon of Sept. 7 for about 30 minutes. At just before 2 p.m., she returned to her parked car and found that her passenger-side window had been smashed out and that her purse was taken from the front seat.

According to call logs, the purse had red stripes on its exterior, and had a smaller red purse inside. That purse contained $50, some credit cards, a debit card and $50. Police said there were no witnesses or suspects at the time of the call.
