Woman Passed Out In Running Car With Baby: Police
Police say that she had been sitting on a tourniquet and also found a heroin kit between the driver's side door and the driver's seat.

OAK CREEK, WI — A Milwaukee woman has been charged in court after police say she was found passed out in a running car with a one-year-old child in the back seat.
Oak Creek police responded to the Value Inn just after midnight on Aug. 13 on a report of an impaired driver.
According to police reports, a person at the hotel called 911 after seeing a woman, later identified as Crystal Jelinski, passed out in her running vehicle with a one-year-old child in the back seat.

Reports indicated that Oak Creek police arrived on the scene and tried to revive her. Police said she did not immediately wake up, but when she did, she was disoriented and could not answer where she was coming from. Meanwhile, the one-year-old child was asleep in the back seat.
According to police, Jelinski, of Milwaukee, admitted to taking a Xanax and having a problem with Heroin. She was asked to step out of the car, and when she did, police say that she had been sitting on a tourniquet and also found a heroin kit between the driver's side door and the driver's seat. The kit contained needles, cookers, cotton balls, alcohol wipes and a bindle of 0.1 grams of Heroin.

Reports stated that she was transported to Wheaton Franklin for a legal blood draw and was later cited for operating while intoxicated-second offense with a passenger less than 16 years old.
