Woman Shatters Table After Man Called Her Names

OAK CREEK, WI — Oak Creek police responded to an Oak Creek residence just before 7:30 p.m. on Sep. 3 on a report of domestic violence.

According to police reports, a 911 caller reported that an extremely intoxicated woman got into an argument with a man after the man reportedly was calling her names.

The reports indicate that the woman came outside to a back patio area where the man was located, poked and pushed at his chest and started to yell at him. At one point, she picked up a glass patio table and flipped it over, causing glass to shatter all over the place.

The reports indicate that the woman then walked inside, at which point she fell down a flight of stairs and went unconscious.

Reports state that the woman claimed the man pushed her down the stairs, but officers did not find sufficient evidence to support her point.

When police arrived, the woman was arrested for domestic violence/disorderly conduct for shattering the table.
