Community Yoga with Robin

Classes focus on breathwork, meditation, and physical postures of hatha yoga, and on deepening relationship with ourselves and each other. Our practice is open to a wide range of practitioners, aimed towards a moderate to vigorous level with modifications given for both beginning and more advanced students. Classes will be varied in focus, amount of flow, pace, and postures. Lighthearted sessions encourage postural alignment, strength, conditioning, and flexibility.
All levels welcome.
Lunch Time Yoga with Cynthia

Take a break from your day with this 45 minute yoga class! Enjoy a variety of styles of yoga in this energizing yet relaxing class. This class is designed to provide you with that extra energy to get you through the afternoon and keep you invigorated throughout the day!

Yoga Essentials with Cynthia
Saturdays 8:00 am-9:15 am

Session 2: 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 3/7, 3/14
Empower your personal yoga practice. Develop balance, strength, and flexibility with sun salutations, alignment-based poses, and challenging sequences. Learn to integrate asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation/relaxation into your daily life. Instructor provides hands-on adjustments and offer modifications/variations to poses. Class is recommended for students that have more than one year of practice.
Intro to Yoga with Cynthia
Saturdays 9:30-10:45am
Session 1: 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31
Session 2: 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 3/7, 3/14
Yoga is for everybody! Reduce stress, improve your posture, stretch, and strengthen the body, and learn to breathe more efficiently. In this 5 week course, buil body awareness, connect to the breath, find alighment, move the body with intention, and learn some yoga concepts and philosophy in a fun, non-competitive environment. Instructor provides hands-on adjustments and offers modification/variations.
All levels welcome.
Sunday Morning Mom & Baby Class Series with Courtney
Sundays 9-945am
3 week session-1/11, 1/25, and 2/1
Continuing with your practice during your postpartum period is not only a great way to rebuild strength and confidence, but its a great way to introduce your little one to the practice of yoga! You’ll find your center, relax, and connect with your baby. The session focuses on postures and breathing techniques that are the most suitable for Mom. We tend to focus on realigning your body-especially tense shoulders and aching back. During a session, your baby can be close to you on the mat or actually participate in the movements. As a bonus, classes normally end with a gentle baby massage!
This class is best for children that have not started walking yet, but we are flexible with ages 0 to age 4, just let us know!
