Join Riveredge and YogaOne in a special spring “play day” of yoga, nature and good company. Inspired by the return of spring, we’ll shake off the dust of our winter slumber and re-energize our bodies, minds and spirits. Open to all levels of yoga practitioners – each class is skillfully designed so you can work at your own level and participate fully. Just bring an open mind, open heart and your yoga mat!
