• Oracle drops lawsuit challenging Wisconsin data center credit rules (milwaukeenns.org) — Port Washington's massive Oracle–OpenAI data center remains on track after Oracle dropped its lawsuit challenging strict state credit rules that protect We Energies customers. The project still faces timing pressure as new transmission line approvals restart, and Oracle's lower credit rating means it may need to post huge collateral to secure the power this facility will demand.
   

• 'Purely a proactive approach' (thebusinessnews.com) — Sheboygan officials just passed a yearlong moratorium on large data centers, driven in part by concerns over the enormous Vantage hyperscale project now rising in Port Washington. As more Wisconsin communities pause to study zoning, environmental impacts, and tax benefits, Port's Lighthouse campus is becoming the reference point in statewide debates over where and how these facilities should grow.
