Fight Blood Cancer! Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour Volunteers Needed!

The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour will take place on Saturday, July 20 & Sunday, July 21, 2013. The purpose of this event is to raise funds to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families. We really appreciate your interest as we could definitely use your help!

An event of this size would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of our volunteers! We need your help filling a number of volunteer positions that are crucial to making this year's Scenic Shore 150 run smoothly.

On Saturday, July 20, the Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour begins in Mequon at MATC-North Campus and ends in Manitowoc at UW-Manitowoc. There are several volunteer opportunities available in Mequon and Manitowoc, as well as the rest stop sites along the way including, Port Washington, Belgium, Oostburg, Sheboygan (lunch is served to riders here), Plymouth and Cleveland.

There are volunteer opportunities available in Manitowoc and Sturgeon Bay, as well as the rest stop sites along the way including, Two Rivers, Two Creeks, Kewaunee and Alogoma (lunch is served to riders here).

We are looking for volunteers to help with food service, loading and unloading luggage, parking assistance, traffic control, rest stop support & more! This event also provides wonderful group volunteer opportunities! We're looking for groups to help with the above activities and to form cheer teams to encourage our riders along the route and at the start and finish line! We'd love to work with you and your group to assign you to the perfect opportunity!
