Ever since I was a little girl in Elementary my dad would always teach me the basic golden rule " be nice to others", this life lesson has been something he would iterate every year. As I began to grow up and change from a girl to a teenager to a woman, he would always say the same thing. "be nice to others, no matter what, no matter how popular and pretty you are"- and now as a mom and manager of a team, that rule is probably the single most important rule that has allowed me to stay grounded.
