- Ritz crackers
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese (block or shredded)
- Pepperoni
Place Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet. Spoon equal amounts of sauce on each cracker. If you use block cheese cut into 1/8” thick slices then cut in half so you have squares. Place one square or a pinch of shredded cheese on top of the sauce. Top with one pepperoni. Place in oven under the broiler until cheese melts. Experiment with different cheeses and toppings for a quick and easy snack for game day.
Pesto Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 package string cheese (we like Cedar Valley for extra large sticks!)
- 1 jar pesto sauce
Take one egg roll wrapper and lay flat on counter. Place string cheese in corner and roll diagonally toward the opposite corner. When rolled half way stop and spoon about a half teaspoon of pesto onto the wrapper then fold the outside corners in. Finish rolling and use water to seal the last corner. If available, deep fry the sticks for about three minutes or until crispy and cheese is melted. If no deep fryer is available, pan fry sticks. Eat plain or use your favorite sauce for dipping!
