Business Plan Workshop in Port Washington

The SCORE Southeast Wisconsin Chapter will conduct a business workshop, titled “Preparing and Implementing an Annual Business Plan” on Tuesday evening, 6:00-8:30pm, June 25, 2013. According to Albert Lo, SCORE education team leader, the workshop will cover planning for growth using profit and loss analysis, cost reduction techniques and budgeting.. Session leader Bob Anderson has 36 years’ experience at Rockwell Automation in the areas of sales, marketing and general management. Mr. Anderson was general manager of four divisions for Rockwell at the time of his 2005 retirement. The workshop will be held at the Port Washington Police Department Community Room, 365 North Wisconsin Street, Port Washington, WI 53074. The fee is $35 per person, and $20 for each additional person from the same firm.
