Ballet for children “Peter and the Wolf ” is the tale of a brave little boy and his friend the bird, traps a frightening wolf who is threatening the safety of the village. Each character in the ballet is represented by a musical instrument or group of instruments in the orchestral accompaniment; narration throughout the performance helps the audience follow the story as it is played by the instruments and danced by the performers.
