
Winter-weary gardeners can get a head start planning their vegetable and flower gardens and landscapes at an all-day seminar on Saturday, Feb. 18, in Port Washington.
“Green Up Your Winter Blues,” sponsored by the Port Washington Garden Club, will feature seven programs on a variety of topics, presented by horticultural professionals and naturalists. Topics include hydrangeas, garden art, fruit trees, container gardens, water in the garden and fountain construction.
Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. The seminar runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the historic Ozaukee County Courthouse, 121 West Main St., downtown.
