Learn how to cook what is in season locally here in Southeastern Wisconsin! Wellspring offers a series of monthly cooking classes based on veggies ready to be harvested from their garden.
Featured veggies for the month of August are beets. A local chef demonstrates four recipes which are sampled by the class. All students also receive wine to drink and recipes to take home.
