
Learn how to cook what is in season locally here in Southeastern Wisconsin! Wellspring offers a series of monthly cooking classes based on veggies ready to be harvested from their garden.
Featured veggies for the month of September are root veggies. Local chef, KC Thorson, demonstrates four recipes which are sampled by the class. All students also receive wine to drink and recipes to take home.

• Rich Root Vegetable Risotto
• Sweet & Creamy Veggie Pudding
