JBF Holiday Consignment Sale Starts Wednesday

The Just Between Friends (JBF) first-ever Holiday Sale at the Ozaukee County Fairgrounds opens Wednesday, Nov. 11, and goes into Saturday, Nov. 14. The sale will feature over 75,000 items, including toys, winter gear, indoor and outdoor play equipment and holiday clothes for kids to size 18, along with brand-new, unused Melissa & Doug toys.

Hours for the sale are Wednesday, Nov. 11, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 12, 10 a.m. -7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 13, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 14, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday admission is $3 OR three nonperishable food items for the Hunger Task Force, with free admission the other days. Friday will feature 25% off on most remaining items, with Saturday being 50% off most remaining items.

Other sale items will include games, puzzles, arts & craft items, video games, winter-themed books and DVDs, hats, mittens, coats, boots, sleds, ice skates, indoor trees, tree lights, ornaments, garland, outdoor lights, pajamas, onesies, large baby equipment, high chairs, bouncy seats, exercise toys, and more.

All clothing items and shoes are inspected before the event for current fashion, stains, and tears, and strollers and cribs are checked for safety and recall warnings. Items will be organized like a children’s store, where everything is divided by gender, size, and category. Each event features new and different items.

JBF sales utilize an exclusive, free barcode system for tagging items, tracking daily sales, and managing an accurate, itemized list of any unsold, fashionable, and desirable items that are then donated on behalf of JBF and the consignors to organizations, including the Salvation Army, for area families in need.
