On April 6, Nehmer was a passenger in a car pulled over in Town of Port Washington when he gave the officer a fake name. However, the officer recognized Nehmer from a past instance, who then told the officer he was a different person.
The officer then searched Nehmer’s name and found four active arrest warrants against him and Nehmer eventually admitted to his real identity, saying he knew there was an arrest warrant against him.
