Police responded to Dunwiddie Elementary School after a report of a strange incident.

A man was apparently "ranting and raving" on the school playground at 10:49 a.m. Sept. 27, according to reports. 

Officers spoke with the 45-year-old Port man, who said he would keep it down, the report said.
