Port Common Council Uncontested Candidates Ready for Challenges in Coming Term

Incumbent Mike Erhlich continues on council while former Port Mayor Joe Dean replaces Ald. Tom Hudson.

The Port Washington Common Council has four alderman positions up for election on April 5.

Those spots include the 1st District, where incumbent Michael Ehrlich is the only name on the ballot; Incumbent Jim Vollmar faces newcomer Peter A. Oglevie for the 3rd District spot; Joe Dean will replace Ald. Tom Hudson in 5th District; and incumbent Dan Becker faces newcomer John Sigwart for the 7th District position.

While Ald. Michael Ehrlich and former Port Washington mayor Joe Dean face no opposition, the two are still focusing on the potential challenges that lay ahead.
