On Jan. 24, police were called to an apartment in the 400 block of North Dries Street after Lazer went to his mother’s apartment and kicked in the door because she refused to let him in because of his drug abuse issues. Once in the apartment, Lazer took some food and went to another apartment in the same complex.
Police then went to the other apartment, however, the people inside refused to open the door. After police tried for 45 minutes, an officer then went outside and saw Lazer coming out of a window. Lazer began running after seeing the officer, but was eventually taken into custody.
