As she prepares for the contested race, Dickmann, 115 Friendship Lane, has established several goals for herself and what she hopes to be another term.
"I want there to be a balance of commercial, professional, industrial, and residential growth," she said.

Dickmann plans to do so by working with Wal-mart on its upcoming expansion, and by promoting residential development. Her goal is to find an appropriate developer who can construct a new subdivision in the village.
She also wants to keep Saukville's budget balanced.
"I love what I do," Dickman said. " It's all about the people who live here and making it a good community."
Rintelman could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
