OPEN to all ADULTS; special emphasis on adults 55 and better with a Certified Instructor

Center has over 40 years providing health and wellness classes in the community.

Cost: $15. for Center Members (none for Silver Sneakers members just bring proof of coverage) Non-member $25.00 per person
