Wayne Houpt being sued

Wayne Houpt owner of Suburban Harley Davidson and Wayne's drive in is being sued by his former Chef.

Wayne and his attorneys continue to argue the fact that his General manager  Victor Cerda at Victors pier street shanty hired a man with full blown Aids to work in the kitchen as a sous chef without educating his employees about Aids and HIV in the workplace. This man was a heroin addict and used his drugs at the workplace dripping blood in the bathroom stall in the basement where other employees used the restroom. His head chef came in contact with the blood. This man had open sores and was told on numerous times to wear gloves before anyone knew he had aids. As we all know you cannot discriminate against people with this disease but he does have to offer a reasonable accommodation, this means not having him leaning on cutting boards with open sores, working with ready to eat food without gloves, shooting heroin in the bathrooms and dropping blood on the toilets and countertops.
