What is a good customer relationship? Personally, I love it when I can joke around with a customer. It keeps things light-hearted and fun. I have many customers that don’t need to ask for what they need. I know just by the sight of them what they need. Having relationships like that expedites the check-out process for the customer and they know when they see me they’re going to get fast and friendly service. I even have customers who will seek me out if I’m not on the front end to help them because they know I’ll get their order right and in a timely manner. I pride myself on good customer service and try to help all of my customers with the same service that I give to my regulars. Customer service is one thing that can make or break a business. I always try to have a positive resolution to every problem because I know that the customers are the reason for my employment. If you have poor customer service, word travels fast in a small town. Reputation is everything and my coworkers and I pride ourselves on having a reputation for great customer service in Port Washington.
