WIOA Youth Program Offers Participants Education and Employment Opportunities

The WOW Workforce Development Board is enrolling eligible participants ages 16-24 without a high school diploma into the WIOA Youth Program

The WOW Workforce Development Board is now enrolling eligible participants ages 16-24 without a high school diploma into the WIOA Youth Program.

The program is designed to assist young adults residing in Waukesha, Ozaukee, or Washington Counties achieve their educational and employment goals by developing a personalized plan with an assigned Case Manager. Participants enrolled in this program can take advantage of an array of services including, but not limited to:

  • High School Completion Support
  • Post-Secondary Education and Training
  • Paid and Unpaid Work Experiences
  • Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling
  • Leadership Development Activities
  • Occupational Skills Training
  • Financial Literacy Education
