60-Year-Old Milwaukee Woman Fatally Struck by Car Friday
BREAKING: Police say the female was crossing the street just west of Downtown Friday morning when she was hit by the vehicle.
MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened on September 9th around 7:25 a.m. in the intersection of 27th and W. St. Paul Avenue.
A 60-year old Milwaukee woman was walking across the street in the crosswalk, when she was struck by a vehicle driven by a 45-year old Milwaukee woman.
She was transported to a local hospital where she died.

The driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. The case will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for review in the coming days.
