City Center Milwaukee | DAY 285 | Milwaukee Mall - Ole Sears Building, located at 2100 W. North Avenue has NEW owners.
MYRA HOLLAND, Entrepreneur and Property Owner, owned the property for almost 3 decades. Holland is the owner of Fred Ornamental Doors on 30th and North Avenue.
Prior to owning Milwaukee Mall, she was an Educator of Milwaukee Public Schools.

One of the new owners is LENNY CHU. Chu is a real estate investor and owner of China Town Restaurant, 5125 W. North Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53208.
