North Shore Bank today announced that its East branch, 3970 N. Oakland Ave. in Shorewood, has earned “Branch of the Year” honors for the bank’s central region. The branch’s manager, Craig Witz of Wauwatosa, was named the region’s “Branch Manager of the Year.”
Susan T. Doyle, vice president of branch operations for North Shore Bank, said the East branch demonstrated consistently high performance in all areas of evaluation, including service quality, operations, sales and growth. Additionally, Witz surpassed all service and operational objectives and helped grow branch deposits.
“North Shore Bank has an exceptional team in Shorewood, and we are pleased to recognize them with these high honors,” Doyle said. “These awards mean that our East branch is the best of the best. This branch’s outstanding leadership, every day commitment to customers, financial knowledge and respect for detail has helped North Shore Bank become one of the strongest financial institutions in the country."
