SHS Student's Campaign to Fund AFS Dream

Emma Grady is 15 and hopes to travel to Ireland with AFS this summer. She wants to immerse myself in the culture, try new things, and volunteer her time while exploring the country and having an adventure. Emma has a desire to connect to a world bigger than her own little corner of it -"When I return home I will share my experiences with others, which will (hopefully) start a chain reaction making Shorewood, my home, an even more culturally accepting community".  AFS was originally created for this very purpose and the local AFS Chapter at SHS is one of the original ones formed and dates back many years.
