Arrest Warrant Issued for Shorewood Man's Indecent Exposure Behavior

An arrest warrant has been issued for a Shorewood man accused of self-administering a sex act from an open window in his house.

SHOREWOOD, WI — An arrest warrant has been issued for a Shorewood man accused of self-administering a sex act from an open window in his house, and interacting with a neighbor who noticed his lewd behavior.

According to his criminal complaint, Thomas Jasen has been charged with one count of misdemeanor Lewd and Lascivious behavior for his actions on April 6.

According to his criminal complaint, police officers of the Shorewood Police Department were dispatched to the 4100 block of N. Woodburn St. on a report of a man masturbating in the windows of his residence in the presence of the next door neighbor.

His criminal complaint continues, stating that a neighbor initially noticed Jasen masturbating in a window of his house. Several minutes later, he was reportedly in a different window masturbating again and had made eye contact with a neighbor while doing so.

Officers attempted contact with the Jasen, but when one officer walked over to the north side of his residence where the bedroom windows are, he reportedly saw Jasen continuing to masturbate, the complaint stated.

The officers knocked repeatedly, but Jasen refused to come to the door, the complaint stated. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
