Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC adds the website -MPA LLC Milwaukee Bucks Page - for presenting strategic planning and expectations for CORE CONSTITUENTS of the City of Milwaukee investments of real estate, 30-year TID/Tax Investment District and other resources tied to income, property and assessed tax commitments. It is specific in steps to date, monitoring and addressing the journey of the Milwaukee Bucks Arena and Park East Development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The website gives background information about what has taken place since the announcement by Scott Walker - Governor, Chris Abele - County Executive and Tom Barrett - Mayor of Milwaukee; “It’s cheaper to Keep Them scheme.

MPA LLC feels that since the taxpayers, especially CORE CONSTITUENTS of the city of Milwaukee were not at the table of MONOPOLY-OLIGOPOLY decision-making, they need to know pros and cons as they are being exposed to “bait-n-switch” spins given by those who are looking out only for themselves.

The information is meant to allow “informed decision-making for discussions with the Economic and Community Development Committee, the group with the power to decide the purchase of Milwaukee County Park East real estate.

There are seven (7) members on the committee that need personal address by the constituents.

Based on the June 15, 2015 vote to HOLD OVER, Supervisors Khalif Rainey - District 2 and Martin Weddle - District 5, need some FAST TALKING for due diligence relative to “vetting” the plan that has been given - this includes the statute, what has been rumored of take-over, and all legal measures open to the citizenry if the Governor and other power mongers seek to misuse the process.

“My office is troubled by the vote of Supervisors Rainey and Weddle. It is like they came to the table pre-determined without “due diligence” on their part. I can not believe that their response reflects the will of the CORE CONSTITUENTS they represent,” said Mary Glass, Chair/CEO/CVO, Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC.

This committee meets July 20, 2015, 9:00am. They have time to RE-VISIT the arrangements before them. This includes the agreement of WISDOT and the U.S. Department of Transportation contribution in the agreement of less purchase price of the land. This committee should also look close at the DNR requirements for contaminates and any other local, county, state and federal component that is part of their jurisdiction of decision making.

This includes the awful burden that Abele is peddling to hog-tie the already in debt taxpayers. Look at how much it will cost the same taxpayers coffers to pay the debt collectors to do nothing but run up a huge additional debt - not to mentioned those who will find themselves being brought to court and having garnishment of wages - wages already burden. What kind of leadership is this? Did Rainey and Weddle think about that before they voted?
