Drunk Shorewood Man Arrested in CVS; Shorewood Man Registers 0.31 Behind the Wheel
Whitefish Bay police picked up two Shorewood men last week after one was drunk inside CVS pharmacy and the other was behind the wheel.
Drunk Shorewood Man Arrested in CVS
Whitefish Bay police responded to the 200 block of E. Hampton Road on May 28 on a report of a highly intoxicated person at the CVS pharmacy. According to police reports, a 47-year-old Shorewood man was arrested on suspicion of OWI-1st offense, and carrying an open intoxicant.
When authorities conducted an intoximeter test, it revealed the man had a blood alcohol content of 0.26. He was later released to a responsible party.

A 30-year-old Shorewood man was arrested on June 2 in Whitefish Bay for OWI after police conducted a traffic stop on the 400 block of E. Hampton Road.
According to police reports, the man was driving on E. Hampton Road just before 10:30 p.m. when he was pulled over for an apparent speeding violation, police said.
According to police reports, an evidentiary chemical breath test resulted in a blood alcohol concentration reading of 0.31.
Police issued citations for OWI-2nd offense, party-to-a-crime-2nd offense and speeding.
