CYGA Mind/Body + Mom/Baby cycling+yoga

This is a wonderful balance of burning calories (endurance) on the indoor cycles and finding strength, balance, flexibility in the yoga room with your babies 4 month up to 18 months). Babies will be listening to music and moving freely in the yoga room (with childcare) while Moms spend 30 minutes on the indoor cycles. Then we will join the babies in the yoga room to move to music, breath and find fun ways to incorporate yoga with our babies, we will end by learning some baby massage and maybe a savasana! (We'll see.) You must sign up by the Tuesday prior @ noon, so we can have adequate childcare.
