Six students from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design explored the vaults of the Milwaukee Count Historical Society and curated an exhibit that pairs museum artifcats with artistic interpretations. Part history lesson and part contemporary art exhibition, "Impossibly Common" challenges the potential of art and objects. Working in varied media, each artist has examined the relationship between the traditional museum and art world context.
