The Texas city had an ice storm and on Sunday the forecast called for 39 degrees and a chance of rain at kickoff. That’s a real bummer for people who cracked their wallets for $200 for the privilege of standing outside to watch the game on a big television - in the rain. They could have done that in the Shorewood High School parking lot for free.
Folks in Shorewood, at least those that weren’t bunkered down in their living rooms or at a friend’s party, celebrated in taverns and pubs around the village. Patch caught up with a bunch of these revelers on Sunday.
