Looking for new ways to spend time with your kids this spring? Throughout the month of April the Milwaukee Art Museum welcomes kids and families to participate in Kohl’s Art Generation Studio: Rubbish! a fun, family-friendly event that brings art to life. Families and children are invited to learn how artists repurpose discarded materials to make incredible artwork. Children can also create their own art projects with salvaged materials at the Rubbish bar.
Additionally, during the month of April, families who visit Rubbish! can enter a special online art challenge by submitting a picture of the child’s finish art project to the Kohl’s Art Generation website. All submitted photo will be compiled into a community album and one lucky artist will win a Family membership to the Museum (valid for new members only).
